Sumin brings a strong background in management and customer service, combining organisational and coordination skills with a patient-focused approach. As the first point of contact at Healsy, she serves as the receptionist, responsible for welcoming patients and creating a warm, supportive environment from the moment they arrive.

She assists with appointment management, enquiry handling, and the smooth operation of the clinic, ensuring every visit runs efficiently and comfortably. With clear communication, an empathetic approach, and a problem-solving mindset, Sumin helps patients feel informed, confident, and at ease throughout their time at the clinic. Her purpose is to ensure every patient experiences a welcoming and reassuring visit, feeling supported and understood while receiving care. She also acts as an intermediary between patients and the clinic, providing optimal service, supporting treatment effectiveness, and encouraging patients’ return.

In addition to supporting patients, Sumin collaborates closely with the wider team, facilitating workflow and contributing to a seamless, well-coordinated clinic environment. Fluent in both English and Korean, she is equipped to assist a wide range of patients while providing attentive, patient-focused care and supporting the clinic team
